How It Works

Submit Your Request in Just a Few Minutes

To streamline your experience and ensure your pet receives timely care, please complete the online form below. Be sure to include all required fields—this helps our team verify the medication, dosage, and your pet’s eligibility for a refill.

Once submitted:

  • Our veterinary team will review and approve or deny the request based on your pet’s medical records
  • We will contact you by phone or email once the prescription is ready
  • At that time, we’ll confirm pickup instructions and collect payment over the phone
If you’d prefer to have the prescription mailed to your home, please include that note in the “Additional Comments” section.

Please note:

  • We cannot fill medications for pets that have not been seen by our veterinarians within the past year
  • Some prescriptions may require additional diagnostics or an in-person exam for renewal
