Whether you have acquired a new pet, or have taken your pet’s somewhere previously – we ask that you e-mail or fax any paperwork/records prior to your appointment, this will help ensure that we are better prepared for the needs of your pet.
To schedule an appointment, please call our staff at 607-687-1750, and they will gladly answer any questions that you have and set up an appointment for you and your pet. You can also request an appointment time on our webpage under “Client Resources” by providing your information. A staff member will contact you as soon as able and will try their best to get you in during a time that is suitable for your needs.
It is important for you as a new client to know, that a full examination must be given to your pet before additional treatments such as surgical procedures or certain medications can be dispensed.
