Dr. Alicia Bocek was born in Binghamton, NY. She attended Binghamton University and graduated with a BS in Biology in 2002. Dr. Bocek then attended St. George’s University in Grenada, West Indies where she received her DVM in 2007. While in Grenada, she not only received an education but a life experience. This past experience has led her to become owner of Day Hollow Animal Hospital. Dr. Bocek has a passion for Small Animal Medicine, Surgery and Urgent Care. Dr. Bocek enjoys spending time with her husband, son, and 4 dogs. She is excited to bring her experience and passion to Day Hollow Animal Hospital and looks forward to keeping your pets healthy and families happy for many years to come.

Trisha is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) who joined our staff in May of 2009. Trisha graduated from SUNY Delhi in 2008. She has a special interest in behavior. Trisha is the proud parent of two children, one dog (Penny), and two cats (Maya and Ozzie). Her favorite hobbies include spending time with her husband and family, friends, hiking, kayaking, reading and photography.

Amber is a Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) who joined our team in November of 2019. Amber graduated from SUNY Delhi in May of 2019. Amber came to us following her time at an Equine Clinic in PA where she decided she wanted to get more experience in a small animal practice. She enjoys time with her family and doing outdoor activities where she can take her two dogs Bandal and Bentley on adventures.

Kirsten joined our staff in January of 2019 and is one of our veterinary assistants. Kirsten came to us with 3 years of veterinary assistant experience. She enjoys shopping, crafts and spending time with her animals and fiance in her spare time. She is the proud parent of her dog Macaroni Walnut and her two cats Gouda and Feta.

Willow, is our permanent cat resident here at Day Hollow Animal Hospital. She enjoys relaxing Cat TV videos, bird watching, snacking on her favorite treats and cheese, playing with her toys and basking in the sun.
