What to Expect at Your First Visit
Compassionate Care, Clear Communication
As a new client, your pet will receive a full nose-to-tail wellness exam so our veterinary team can establish a health baseline and make personalized care recommendations. Please note that a full physical exam is required before we can perform surgery, prescribe medications, or administer most treatments.
To help us prepare for your pet’s appointment:
- Download and complete the New Client Form before your visit
- Send previous medical records to us via email or fax prior to your appointment
- Call our team at (607) 687-1750 to schedule your pet’s first visit
You can also request an appointment online, and a team member will follow up with you to confirm and coordinate a time that works for your schedule.
Preparing for Your First Appointment
Here’s how to help us get started on the right paw:
- Download the New Client Form and bring it with you or email it in advance
- Gather prior medical records or vaccine history and send them to staff@dayhollowanimalhospital.com
- Arrive a few minutes early to allow time for check-in and questions
