call the hospital's normal phone at 607-687-1750.
Following the recorded message you will be instructed to stay on the line and our answering service attendant will assist you.  The veterinarian on-call will be paged and will then return your call as soon as they are able.  Please be sure to keep your phone line open and assure that your phone is accepting all callers (*82).  

We are committed to assuring our current clients have care available 24 hours a day.  If you are not currently a client of our hospital, we will make every attempt to be available for your need if it is possible.
